"Overall the appartment suited all our needs,had everything you need. It is a little bit further out than we expected but on a good bus route,bus fare only 1.55 cents each per journey which is great. January/ February time there isn't a lot around about that is open. There is an Aldi which is only a 5/10 minute walk away which is handy. Martin was always at the end of a phone for any questions at all,very helpful."

Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a lovely bbq whilst we were there. Some areas of the villa are slightly run down and need some maintaining. "We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The roof terrace is fantastic with great views of the sea. You don’t need to hire a car. The large Mercadona Supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and there are beach chairs on a trolley that you can take with you. The commercial centre is about 5 minutes walk where you will find lovely restaurants. La Zenia Boulevard is about 10 minute walk. A great stay and would recommend this apartment."

"The house itself is pretty good, also the equipment is ok. But unfortunately the house was not as clean as expected. Food from prior visitors was left in the kitchen. Dishes where not cleaned properly. Bathroom articles from prior visitors where also left. With a bit more of care, the house could be great."
