"We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We are a remote company which had a get together in order to work at one location for a week. The villa is very spacious, with several different terraces which was really nice. Wifi was excellent, as was our stay overall. The host replies very fast even in the evening, which came in very handy. Would love to stay here again!"

Beautiful villa in a location that was easily accessible to Javea and Arenal beach.We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and had a car which made everything accessible.The outside kitchen was really nice for the warm nights so we made the most of the April sunshine.Thanks. "The villa is a very neglected property with either stained or broken furniture. It had not been cleaned to a basic standard and we were greeted with dog saliva on the windows and the main bed full of dog hairs. The bbq could not be used at all due to all the chairs being broken and the grill had not been cleaned for many months. The property is advertised for 6 people but there is only seating for 4 people both in dining area and lounge, both settees are stained and the glass dining table chipped. We requested additional seating but this request was ignored. Location and area are good and the pool is ok but I would not recommend this property at all. "
