"Quiet location ,peaceful, spacious and light .Pool good size and outdoor area fine.Few points that need to address as follows Beds not so comfortable, need new comfy mattresses. Need to supply table mats and coasters . In kitchen need some small paring knives to use. Desperate need for English channels on the TV only had sky news. Relaxing stay ,parking for car ok. "

"We absolutely loved Casa Iris! Javea Villas did an excellent job from check in to check out. The home was large and with great entertaining space inside and out. Gorgeous views of sea and mountains. Newly decorated with a fun clean mediterranean vibe perfect for Javea. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, lots of glassware, pots, pans and knives. Large laundry room with washer and separate dryer was also very helpful and not usually found in Spain. It is the best house we have rented in Javea in many years. The pictures do not do it justice. A real pleasure. "

"We were travelling as a family of nine and were delighted with the ample space the villa provided for a group of our size. There were enough bathrooms to ensure all couples had privacy; the kitchens were fully equipped and there were basic food items - cooking oils, salt, pepper, dried herbs etc - plus a generous welcome hamper to ensure we were good to go. The views from the pool are truly magnificent - you lose time, it's so mesmerising. The villa itself is pure luxury (the most sumptuous master bedroom, which we were lucky to get). All the bedrooms are generously proportioned. The property management company's service is excellent - the best I've ever experienced. Louise was lovely - always available to help; brilliant at settling us in - and the guide the company provides is second to none. I've never come across such a thorough service before. We would definitely book through this company again."
