"The rooms at this hotel are definitely on the smaller side, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me was the breakfast buffet it was absolutely amazing and had a great variety to choose from.
The location is another big plus. There’s a small supermarket just a few minutes (or even less) walking from the hotel, which was super convenient. The area itself is fantastic lively, safe, and full of local charm.
If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located place to stay with a great breakfast to start your day, this hotel is a solid choice."
"Amazing location, great breakfast buffet and worth every dollar!! Can access all main attractions with easily walking, metro or bike. Driving is bit more challenging as its a very congested area so only drive if have to. BEATRICE at the bar downstairs made best cocktail of the day I had in YEARS! And I was bartender in college back in new york. Bravo to her and the team"
"We had a wonderful stay at the Thompson Madrid. This elegant hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful details and modern amenities throughout. The staff was truly outstanding—warm, intelligent, and always eager to assist with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar, which offered a peaceful retreat from the city below. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid."
