Such a great place to stay! Was super clean and more than comfortable for 2 people. 8 min walk to 2 train stations with convenience stores nearby. Felt like a super safe place to walk to at night. Made our trip to Kyoto a great time!

This was one of the best properties we stayed in Japan. We were very happy with the place. Very clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommend

Wow!! The best stay we had in Kyoto!!! Wonderful room! Pleasant. All the amenities needed and more. Would return here and I highly recommend it!!!

This property was very clean and modern with a very nice kitchenette and bathroom. It was a little small but very good value for the money. I recommend it highly.

駅からは少し離れていますが、部屋はきれいで、キッチンや洗濯機もあり便利でした。 夜から朝までの滞在には特に問題ありませんでした。

夕飯を最寄りの東福寺駅に行ったが、飲食店が少ない 目的の居酒屋は閉まってたし、他の居酒屋はタバコの煙で入れず 仕方なく角にあるドラゴンバーガーへ、最高に美味かった 京都駅に行けば良かった 部屋は清潔でリクライニングベッドは嬉しい オーナーさんは気さくで、笑顔で対応してくれて気持ち良かった ただ、部屋の照明がMaxにしても暗くて老眼には厳しい

Perfect room! この価格でこんないいホテルはないです。 京都駅から徒歩で13分。100円ローソンは歩いて1分。 洗濯洗剤まで無料サービスの洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジつき。調理器具もついているので自炊も可能です。 引越し前の一時滞在として２週間泊まったのですが、大量の荷物を搬入しても大型クローゼットに全部治りました。駐車場のキャンセル等も柔軟にご対応いただきありがとうございます。滞在中、静かでリモートワークもでき、夜もぐっすり眠れました。京都の長期滞在宿にぜひおすすめです！
