Room space was pretty decent compared to other hotels, it is very clean, location is right on the corner & our room had view of the street. There is a 7 Eleven right beside the hotel, most convenient thing ever! It is walking distance to Goon District & Nishiki Market, there are many places to eat around too!

It was really clean and spacious. Plus the location was excellent since you can easily go out to eat at any famous place along Shijo st. Also the access is good . You can travel from the nearby bus stop or the station to any tourist places in Kyoto.

Good rooms, but far from train network. You will need to catch a bus to get to this hotel, which is unadvisable if you have too much luggage. There is a 7/11 store right next to the entrance. This was the best hotel in our Japan trip.

Room was good condition. The fridge didn't work however and also seemed like they changed towels but not make bed? The check in computer is very annoying. Do the pre check in to avoid using this as much as possible. The staff were all polite and nice. The location is good for tourists.

Staff and cleanliness were great. Good location in Kyoto near lots of transportation options. Only complaint is that the hotel is on a busy intersection making it fairly noisy with street traffic in the evenings.
