The staff were amazing, polite and accommodating. The pool was beautiful and restaurant had good food at great prices. Situated on a busy road, but we were at back of hotel and when we closed our door we heard no noise. Great location for walking. Amazing for the price

The thing I like the most about Natya Hotel is its prime location, close to all amenities at the heart of Kuta, from shopping malls to souvenir shops. Airport and Kuta beach are just a few minutes away. I loved the queen bed, the mattress and the pillows were surprisingly very plush and soft. The bypass road is always crowded and the traffic sound can be quite distracting even in the evening, especially if you stay in the rooms facing the road. The breakfast menu was quite good and the ample parking space can accommodate quite a lot of cars. Last but not least, the convenience store in the hotel lobby was really helpful, even though Indomaret and Alfamart are within easy reach form the hotel. Overall, I had a good time :)

The room and the amenities were good for the price. The walls were thin, so it was noisy during the live music performances. And It was impossible to cross the highway by the hotel by walk and the car drivers had to travel long distances to take a u-turn to reach the hotel.

easily accessible since it's in Kuta, not too far from the airport, the rooms are ok, sadly no place for a pc or table or similar. that space is used by both the safe and the coffe/water kettle. The ac ( air conditioner ) is very good in the superior room i booked. Wifi is horribly slow. The street outside of the hotel is impossible to cross. Never stops.

Comfort hotel with affordable price

Hotels location is far from the beach and the road to beach mostly closed by police therefore you need more time and effort to reach either Kuta, Legian, or Seminyak beach. But if your main destination is not only beach, it could be a good choice. The hotel location is in the main big road where mostly traffic jam during working hour or even rush hour. Very simple menu variation for breakfast buffet, off course inline with the hotel price. The unique thing is, hotels provides free refill for water, they provide the jar for you to fill the water as much as possible but ... The water dispenser oftenly empty although we keep remind the hotel staff to fill the water dispenser. I would rather suggest hotel to use drinking water filter spot than water dispenser but with trusted brand to keep the quality of water if still using this free refill water.

The location is in a very busy area and it's very very difficult to cross the street. What I did not like was it advertised a movable shower but gave us a fixed overhead shower. When we complained, they admitted they have not updated all the booking portals. they gave us 2 choices pay extra INR 2500,000 a day (reduced to INR 100,000) after our protest or cancel booking

Wir waren vor 7 Jahren in diesem Hotel und fanden es sehr edel. Leider profitiert das Hotel nur noch von den guten Bewertungen von früher. Leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es müffelt und alles plackt ab. Wir hatten leider zusätzlich das Peck, dass 1 Busgruppe auf unserer Etage war die bis tief in die Nacht "Party" gemacht hat und ab 7 Uhr war das Reinigungspersonal dann so laut, dass an Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken war. Sehr schade.

Das wirklich sehr gute an dem Hotel war das Personal. Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Das Frühstück war immer gleich. Die Wände und die Türen sind so dünn, dass man vorm Lärm kaum gut schlafen kann. Dieses Hotel würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen. Gebucht für 18 Nächte, verbrachte Nächte 13.

We enjoyed our stay at Natya. The staff bent over backwards to overcome the problem of the noise level due to a group booking. It was great to see Bali coming through the pandemic with positive events. Thank you Made for making our stay as comfortable as possible in the circumstances.

Comfortable and Cozy

The Natya Hotel in Kuta, Bali is a very comfortable residence for a family. We booked two connected rooms (1 Superior room and 1 Deluxe room). The hotel rooms are very clean and cozy, and the staff cleans the rooms well each day. However, the hotel restaurant needs improvement. There were not many restaurant workers at the hotel in July, which caused many delays at breakfast. We'll book this hotel again.

Really convenient to airport. Room quite small, basic but very clean, good shower pressure. Nice pool and gorgeous breakfast! Staff was awesome very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillow and towels, came immediately.

We spent 4 days here and everything was good, the hotel is quite close to the downtown, the room was surprisingly comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here whenever I get a chance.

Excellent stay and super friendly staff!

Had a very nice stay, location was great, only a 10 minutes walk to the center of Kuta. Staff were super friendly and professional, even when a group of Indians were super loud next to our room in the middle of the night, the staff responded to our complaints and asked them to shut up, it didn't help much with the Indians but it's not the hotel's fault. Only complaint is is that the wifi wasn't so good but that's usually the case with most hotels.
