Terrible terrible TERRIBLE. Nothing like pictures. Its dirty, moldy and disguasting. The furniture is broken. The swimming pool is a joke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would really want my money back

좁은 도로에 위치해있어요. 1박을 예약했지만 비행기 타기까지 7시간 정도 시간이 남아서 쉬다가려고 저렴하게 예약했습니다. 근처에 상가, 마사지샵, 레스토랑, 펍 등이 많아서 도보로 구경하기 좋아요. 단 공항과는 40분정도 소요되서 먼편입니다. 식사하고 시내구경하고 맥주한잔 마시는 정도로만 머물면 좋을거 같아요. 방은 깨끗한데, 화장실은 그렇게 좋지는 않은거 같아요.

The room was OK, a little cramped at end of bed with a shelf under the TV, made it tricky to walk around bed. Bed was comfortable and lounge chairs comfy, DVD player was nice to have, coffee and tea nice to have also, Bathroom spacious but tiles in shower very slippery. No pool just a Jacuzzi (that is what they called it) but no lounging chairs to sit on outside. Breakfast OK.

The floor in the room is quite sticky. The water heater in the room is not clean at all. There still instant noodle in the water heater. But overall, the hotel is very good and recommended to all. The staffs is very friendly

For the price excelent value. Close to main street staff are great. Only down side is lack of a pool. Room claen and tidy. Aircon worked great and room cleaned daily.

The location is excellent. Staff is very professional with wonderful helping behaviour. The sad thing about this hotel is the ca parking space which is almost 150 meters away from the hotel. That means we have to walk a good distance to reach the hotel. The room is good with very good atmosphere, The toilet is also neat and clean; but the hot water is not that much hot.

I have used this hotel many years ago and am still happy with this hotel only main problem no hot water. As l was only there one night my shower in the evening was not hot and l tried the tap in the morning and the water never got hot :( disappointing

Hotel Strategis dekat Kuta....cukup berjalan kaki untuk menikmati Kuta da Legian. Hotel bersih , staf ramah dan responsif. Seberang hotel tersedia Apotek Kimia Farma dan Alfamart... Tidak jauh dari hotel tersedia food court dan warung pecel lele / ayam goreng :)

I booked for 14 days & only stayed 4...I was staying at an”international hotel”...but unfortunately the staff spoke poor English & I couldn’t make international calls because no one new the ‘code’ to unlock the phone...There was only a choice of 4 meals/ drinks..

i wouldnt go back

first time stay, blood on the sheets, i book for 2 single bed(for me and mum) they gave us a queen...the toilet door broken as it didnt close properly, bugs in the room, and sand on the floor....hopefully they look into these problems, they did in the end fix the blood stain bedsheets... not the other problems...

excellent

check in was run smoothly and efficient even in the mid night, but when i arrived i get a non smoking room instead what i request are smoking room, but they get me back what i request in tomorrow evening thanks to the management. the staff was so nice easy to find and get grab at this area,everything just nice to stay here room are clean and comfy. will come and stay here again if i visit bali soon. recommmended places to stay
