"We enjoyed our stay. The pool was beautiful and we loved soaking in the outdoor spa. Place was really clean and a great location, close to shops and tourist attractions. Overall a great stay! "

"There were no in-room amenities beyond tea, coffee, and a kettle. As competitive bodybuilders, a microwave is essential, and I should have checked beforehand. Underground parking was full, so we parked in the outdoor lot, which had poor lighting in the rain, and mud tracked into the room on arrival. The air conditioning needs servicing—the filter was filthy, making it inefficient. The pillows were hard like straw, and the mattress lacked a topper. Additionally, a team member named James (Jamie) emailed my husband accusing him of stealing a cup and a chopping board. There isn’t even a toaster, so a chopping board isn’t a reasonable expectation. He also claimed he tried to call, but we were unavailable, even though we run a business and received calls all day. So, no, I won’t be returning or recommending this resort. On the positive side, the restaurant was lovely. The steak was divine, and the gluten-free pizza was excellent with no cross-contamination issues."

"We arrived after office hours and I couldn’t find the after hours number. Not a problem for these guys. I double checked the office door which rattled a bit when I tried to open it. This roused the manager who came out and had been waiting for us by name. How nice for a personal touch? They had left the room open with the key inside and kept an eye on it until we arrived."
