Please maintain general maintenance of the room especially bathrooms. The bathrooms are outdated, mouldy and require an urgent repair. However, staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is absolute gem.

Very run down, not updated. Kitchen and bathroom covered in marks and stains. Would not return.

The property is very dated and needs an update. The pillows where the ones with foam squares and uncomfortable. The price we paid was a bit rich for this property. We travel this way to visit family interstate and always stop at Coffs Harbour. We won't stop at this property again.

Great location with lovely reception staff and putside amenities. I had an economy room which is in need of maintenance with chipped tiles in the bathroom. I also didnt like seeing a cockroach crawl out of the bathroom drain when i turned on the shower. Also if you are booking an economy room i was surprised it didnt have a refrigerator.
