The first room we were assigned seemed like it hadn't been used in a very long time. It smelled, light bulbs missing, remotes to TVs were dead, AC didn't work. They were full but Maddie at the front desk got us a new room which was perfect! Thank you, Maddie for taking care of us. Beautiful property and lots to do there.

Great location. Beautiful ocean views. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Fabulous pool for the kids. Little outdated but seeing everything clean and staff being friendly, it didn’t matter about the exterior. We would definitely stop over once again

There were no in-room amenities beyond tea, coffee, and a kettle. As competitive bodybuilders, a microwave is essential, and I should have checked beforehand. We have stayed there a couple of times & we cannot fault it. Has everything you need including a restaurant with great food. All other facilities & grounds are well maintained. It is close to shopping centres & entertainment venues
