"When I arrived, the television did not work it took a little bit for the manager to come to figure it out and when I was leaving it still didn't work it only worked for a short period of time. Also, I was supposed to have breakfast at 7 AM today I was checking out and I got down at 7:12 and they weren't set up yet. . Hotel it was all bit noisy with all the children. "Difficult to put into words how wonderful this cottage is and the hosts make it even better. The cottage had everything we needed: peat fired woodburner, loads of character in every room, clean and warm. The kids loved the working farm, trampoline and football area. Eddie was amazing! He took time out to show us around the farm and we even cut some peat ourselves. Highly recommend 👌"

"Just back from a 3 day stay at Murphy's Hotel. The Hotel its self is small and spread over two floors. We stayed in room 16 on the first floor. The room was spotless and large with a double and a single bed. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower and toiletries supplied. However the really outstanding part of our stay was the food. We had breakfast and dinner there each night. The breakfast was especially nice and was prepared fresh and served to the table. The dinner menu was the same each evening, but had ample choice. Every meal we had was lovely and again served fresh to the table. Another great feature of the hotel is the staff. All were very helpful and attentive, We would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again. "
