Its a tight fit for a mid suze suv. Even though there are signs for a lift, there wasnt one - we looked on every floor both at arrival and departure. Lugging suitcases on stairs is not an Olympic sport. Upon departure the gate tried to change me E18 instead of discounted rate of 12. I had my ticket validated by the hotel desk but thats useless. You need to have the ticket validated a second time by the garage attendant."

"We arrived and our room smelled of smoke (it is a non smoking hotel) reception immediately upgraded us to a junior suite that was incredible. The most comfortable bed, the most luxurious bathroom with double shower and huge stand alone tub with tv on the wall. The room was very spacious and staff were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, the lounge offered drinks and snacks. The spa was included with our stay and a great place to relax in the hot tub and steam room/sauna. The Latin quarter is only a ten minute taxi ride (do not take Uber it was twice the price!) I highly recommend this property."
