"I love the breakfast "

"I had a mixed experience.On the positive side, the location is quite convenient. The hotel is right next to an airport bus stop, which makes transfers to and from the airport very easy. There are also restaurants and subway stations within about a 10-minute walk, and the area itself is quiet which is great if you prefer a quieter stay away from the crowds. The hotel is also clean and well-maintained overall. However, the experience starts to fall short once you get to the room. While the lobby and grand entrance create a strong first impression, the rooms don’t live up to that standard. My room was quite small, very dated, and in serious need of an upgrade. It felt out of sync with the otherwise polished appearance of the hotel. Considering the relatively high room rate, the lack of flexibility from the staff was disappointing. Early check-in was not accommodated, and late check-out came with a fee of ¥3000 for the extra hour. This felt unnecessarily rigid, especially compared to other boutique hotels I’ve stayed at, where staff were far more accommodating and guest-focused. The breakfast buffet was fairly underwhelming. Overall, while the hotel has some logistical advantages, the outdated rooms, lack of flexibility, and average amenities make it hard to recommend. "

"La seule chose, il n'y pas de prise électrique dans notre capsule. Il y a seulement une prise USB. Aussi, il ne semble pas avoir d'aération dans la capsule lorsqu'on ferme notre toile. Mais j'ai adoré... tous les services et un lieu pour dormir. Quand je suis en voyage, c'est ce que j'ai besoin. Pas nécessaire d'avoir un apartement 😇"

"Clean room, high-quality amenities and service. Offers luggage storage service. Onsen on the top floor is superb and better than many private ones outside, although not tattoo friendly. Breakfast is not complimentary and quite expensive at 2500 yen but it is higher quality, just too early in my opinion only open until 9am. There is however complimentary late night ramen which was good. "

"This hotel was perfect for our family vacation to Tokyo. Nestled in between two of the main train stations, travel to anywhere in Japan was a breeze. The room was a good size for a family of four. The breakfast was substantial enough to keep us full until lunch time(and had options for our picky eater!). The staff was very helpful with booking a taxi to the airport on our way home. We had everything we needed and it was a wonderful home base for our first trip to Tokyo."
