"The island it’s on is a bit sparse but the supermarket nearby is extremely useful. It is close to Disney by train and Toyosu/teamlabs (if you take a taxi). Room was basic but new, could have used a table and chairs in the room, there was space for it."

"Convenient location, walkable quiet neighborhood. Excellent, welcoming, :) friendly, super helpful staff. In advance we requested handicap accessible rooms, turned out to be excellent rooms with many useful features; staff very attentive to our needs. The best hotel gym I’ve ever used! Mats for yoga workout, wooden floor, clean machines, towels, water, lovely view, even a blood pressure machine. Breakfast buffet immense, fresh soup, delicious coffee machine, even a salad bar, omelet chef, several breads, all looking out over the city with the tower in the distance…magical. Thank you, we will hope to return someday. "

"This property has a very good location near local restaurants and shops within walking distance. The main thing for me as a first-time visiting Tokyo was the train was 5-minute walking distance. This helped getting around Tokyo a better experience. I did not want to use a Taxi for getting around as this can get a bit expensive. Used Taxi for when out late at night etc. The rooms are very clean but are small in size, that did not matter to me and my wife, since we were out all day anyways. But if you are looking for large room or 5-star category this is not for you. We felt safe, the staff is very helpful and had our room cleaned every day with clean towels and toiletry stocked daily. Excellent service. "

"I initially gave 4 stars but would’ve been extremely unfair due to what this hostel provides for its price. Men and women areas are separate, including elevator so gives a lot of privacy. Men do not have access to women’s floors and vice versa! Super cool Showers are on the second floor and are spacious. Also, plenty of them. It was very clean. There is an area to hangout and some countertops so you can eat. The check in was very disorganized and not efficient. I had to wait 20 min. Also, zero explanation about the hotel. She just gave the key and told me about the elevator and lockers. The room was pretty awesome and location is superb! They give a bag with personal hygiene items which was very nice! The bed and pillow aren’t the best and ventilation inside the capsule is basically inexistent. Overall, a great option and affordable price."

"The location is 10mins walk from train station, but the room size is quite decent for family travelling with baby/kids! I would suggest the hotel should clearly state the fee for late checkout."
