Very clean and tidy, mostly unstaffed desk, but was able to communicate if needed. Luggage storage during early check-in/after check-out was handy. Good location next to the supermarket, fairly short walk to the nearest train station, definitely not in the downtown mix if staying just steps away from the action is important. We would definitely come back.

旁边就有超市，可以买各种食材自己做。可惜的是平底锅不是不沾的，做不了煎饺了，除此之外东西都很齐全。浴室的洗衣机洗衣烘衣很方便。

The room was clean and as described. The convenience of having appliances like a washer/dryer combo is a major plus. It’s close to two metro stations (6-8 minute walk) which makes it easy to get around. The area is quiet which made resting easy. There is a grocery store next door konbini nearby, which also made this location very convenient.

Diness was at the front desk when we came and he was so helpful during our stay. He gave us suggestions, directions, and ideas as to what to do and where to go. Everything was clean, the room was the perfect size for us and our granddaughter. We are breakfast in the room and had what we needed. The Market was just across the street. It was a very pleasant stay.

The room was very spacious with a lot of room to move which is unusual for most hotels in Japan so in that aspect it was very comfortable. it had a washing machine that was very handy and a kitchenette which was also very nic. The hotel is also close to a lot of convenience stores. the only thing was the smell of the room that was very odd and also an moldy smell that came out of the AC. it is also a residential area so it can be very loud outside and it is quite far from the rather touristic areas. the place was still fun to be if you stay for a longperiod and is quite comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Minn Nihonbashi. The unit was very clean, fully equipped with amenities. Near to a few train stations and very near to two Family Marts . Supper market just opposite the building . Surroundings was excellent. Overall rating is Excellent. Will definitely stay here when I visit Tokyo again. Baggage storage on my last day was excellent too. The Cloud reception was perfect and very efficient.

시설도 만족스럽고 위치도 좋았어요 바로 앞에 마트가 있어 정말 좋았고 주변에 여러 노선의 역이 가까이 있어서 도쿄 어느곳으로도 이동이 편리했어요 다음에 가면 또 묵고 싶어요 다만, 청소가 좀 더 깨끗하게 되어 있으면 완전 200% 만족할 것 같아요

Perfect little spot for the 3 of us. Child bunk bed great, but only for 10 yrs and under. Luggage storage facility prior to checkin was super helpful and convenient. Location great. Access to 4 subway/metro lines within 10 minutes walk. OK Discount Supermarket right next door. Great for breakfasts, snacks and a easy lunch or dinner. Prices were great. Open until 10pm most nights. Accommodation really roomy - window opened a little to let in fresh air (love this when you can in hotel rooms). Washing machine/ dryer combination was very handy in the heat/sweaty days. Just a few things to note for smoother travel for new visitors. 1) washer/dryer instructions printed out - rather than having to read and translate from phone - I couldn't find any in the apartment. Or just a laminated screen shot of the buttons for basic wash and dry functions would have been helpful. 2) a coat rack or some hooks at the door for our hats/backpacks so we could keep them at the door and keep the space tidy. 3) Dishwashing towel to dry the dishes - rather than having to just let them air dry.

Warning: this hotel is NOT staffed 24/7 so if you’re expecting hotel staff to come right away, it won’t happen. You will only see staff during the day and even then its very few of them. Staff can be reached by a messaging app (Line) which is most likely manned by someone far away; they were still very responsive. My overall experience was great; this property sits minutes (walk) away from any of the train stations we needed. Minutes (walk) away from convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson), Grocery store literally across the street was so convenient. Room size wasn’t typical resort size but was perfect for my family of 4. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a washer and dryer (same drum) included Although it was all in Japanese we figured it out. Since the property has no staff 24/7, you will not be able to receive delivery or utilize (hands free travel) thru the front desk, but instead there is a Yamato transport office located less than 10mins (walk) away.

I love this hotel, the staff wasn’t really at the front desk, it’s electronic check-in. But overall, it was a good stay. Located right across the street from my grocery store so it’s really convenient. The hotel was clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are pretty spacious as well.

I'd say this minn probably is the best value-for-money choice. Spacious room for 4-6 people. Kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Supermarket right downstairs. I bought wagyu and ate grilled wagyu every day for a fractional cost of eating outside or buying wagyu in USA. Absolutely insane value for your every penny.

Our room was modern and clean with a taste of Japan with the tatami floor in one room. The location was great, away from anything touristy yet close enough to the a few subway stations. Local restaurants and shops were more for locals, which is what we wanted.

One of the best hotel in Tokyo. It is near Family Mart and train stations. The room was very spacious and clean. Very quiet and secure area because it is near police station. I would love to book here again for my next trip.

We stayed at Minn Nihonbashi twice within a month. First time stayed for a week. Great room, changed towels everyday and took out the garbage. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to the train station, a convenience store across the street, plenty of restaurants . So we reserved the same hotel for the 4 days on our way out of Tokyo. Unfortunately the room was not the same although the price was. The layout was very unpractical, tiny corridor where 2 people could hardly stand next to each other and other inconvenient features. Also out towels were not changed like the last time even when we hung the used ones in a bag, or the garbage collected. So I am a little disappointed. Maybe 2 stars is not fair, it could be 3, but I am upset. It feels like bait and switch.
