Overall was a great stay. We are, however, disappointed to be charged a $50 fee for pet cleaning. Our puppy drank a lot of course, and had an accident on the comforter. We had them removed right away, and they replaced. We were honest because we didn’t want it to stain, but are truly disappointed, and assume a different outcome if that happened with a child. Other than that the hotel was clean, could use renovations in the pool

Very nice hotel. Everything is great aside from the fact that parking is not included in the cost (400 dollars a night). Additionally, breakfast is not included in the stay price which seems odd as cheaper hotels provide a basic breakfast typically.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms had a spectacular view. They were very clean and well-designed. The location is near the water as well as the town square where the farmer’s market is on Saturday mornings! Lots of other things to do in the location.

Always love our stay at this property. Parking was a bit of a challenge but that was our only complaint. Food was absolutely amazing!

The staff were friendly, outgoing, immaculate and helpful. You always felt they cared. I did have a suggestion - not a complaint. I can never figure out how a compliment is made when you say no to start the the compliment. Such as- No problem - Does that mean that I could have caused a problem but it was averted. Want to make your guests feel good? Why not say "My pleasure". Then your guests will smile.and feel good.

The room and view was excellent. I have never had such great water pressure in the shower at a hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very kind.

The parking garage had construction happening with limited spots and navigating was difficult with a large SUV. The noise level of the jack hammer in the day time was deafening. The hotel had the audacity to charge me $60 for 2 days of parking.... ridiculous, that should have been waved for the inconvenience. Asked for management to call me so i can discuss. No call back.... Terrible Customer Service

Two things I did not like. The coffee maker in the room was antiquated and made terrible coffee and the vinyl floors made the room look cheap. The beds were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. The staff were very nice and professional.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Very nice view of the water. Parking garage was under construction and loud noise could be heard through entire hotel from 10am to 4pm, but that is just a temporary project. We could hear the guest in the the room adjoining us through the shared door, so that should be remedied for future guests. Comfortable bed, not so comfortable pillows. Overall a very nice hotel. Would return.
