We had a ground floor recently refurbished room, and while we were not given a room with a view, our room had a lovely leafy outlook that gave us a visual escape after our days in the busy city. I've seen a few reviewers saying their rooms were dated. Ours was recently refurbished and decorated with an eye for luxury. It was an...

Great staff really helpful
The room and facilities were good, TV was average but was passable.
Got plenty of coffee, tea and hot chocolate but if you are staying more then a day make sure to have a small milk.
Overall great experience would definitely stay again.

As advertised, a simple room with a hand basin (bathroom not far down the hall) and a communal kitchenette. Scrupulously clean, a massive fluffy bath sheet provided, it was all I needed.
