"Great location for all the local attractions. Clean and safe. Parked with ease in the multi story across the road as no spaces in the one at the back of the hotel. We’ve stayed at two other hotels in the same chain in Kingston and Hampton Wick. They have the edge as provide a prosecco / beer as a welcome drink. You can also get a latte at breakfast for no extra charge at the other hotels. We had to pay extra here which I feel is a bit ‘cheap’. Fab bathroom. Loved the Molton Brown touch. Disappointed that when my husband turned the bedside lamp off to go sleep it fell on top of him with exposed wires. We told reception and it was removed whilst we were at breakfast. Safe didn’t work either which we later found out was a battery issue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. "

"Overall presentation of the hotel was outstanding. Food was great both in morning and evening. If you don’t order breakfast online you can get a check in price breakfast for a tenner at the moment when you arrive 👍👍"
