"This is a dated and tired property. The floors creaky and bed just divan bed. Bathroom is like a cubicle. The guest on the floor above woke me up due to so much movement I could hear their footsteps and flushing of the toilet."

"Very clean room, baseboards could use a dusting. Clean bathrooms and bedding. Sheets, pillows are fantastic. Made use of the complimentary coffee pods, shampoo and cream. Great location. Unfortunately the elevator broke down for a day during our stay and the ice machine was down which was unfortunate during a heat wave. The housekeeping app should include make bed as an option not just change the linens. We enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend. Be prepared for very tiny rooms but a very comfortable sleep."

"Room was lovely and clean, the restaurant and pool not so much. However needed more staff were needed to keep on top of tables and pool cleaning. All the staff that were there were pleasent and helpful, a fair few even smiled 😁 We did really enjoyed the pool and the facilities, but it could have done with a little more cleaning, especially around the pool edge from plasters and such, maybe it's because we went later in the day and it may have been cleaner first thing. But lovely addition to have in a hotel 😊. The restaurant was slow service even though it was just our family of 4 and another family of 4 in the restaurant..... with an additional 12.5% added on for a Service charge, it was expensive. We didnt eat again the second night. The room was lovely, well presented and clean. The air-conditioning was a very valued asset with the heat wave going on at 35 degrees, and the kids were impressed with the tv size. Breakfast had a vast variety of of food to choose from and my son loved the pancake machine 😍."

"Staff were super helpful and friendly. General room amenities were as expected and everything was well stocked. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the decor and maintenance. The soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were not well mounted onto the wall and would fall off the wall if used with just one hand. The carpets look like something out of the 80s and the air conditioning really doesn't work. Not good on the hottest May day on record! However, for the price, it was a great location and the friendliness of the staff makes up for the lack of investment in the property."
