"House needs work fly screen on door need’s replacing most screen doors are hard to open barbecue needs to be replaced as it’s rusted out and someone will get hurt needs to be removed couldn’t even use it bedroom windows next to kitchen dont stay open veranda flooring screws are popping out you go to walk on it and it doesn’t feel safe plunges in taps need to be looked at we had to go with out water for a night and most of the day until 5pm without water smoke alarms going off in the early hours of mornings needs to be looked at. Apart from that the Beds are great so is the fishing beds were comfortable just needs maintenance and it will be a great spot "
