"This was the best hotel stay we have had in Brighton! It was clean, the lady who greeted us was accommodating and lovely. We would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room bed comfy pillows need to be a bit firmer great location"

"Difficult to rate staff as no staff! Check in automated which needed to be completed probably day before with photo ID. Room clean and well presented. Bed comfortable. Stairs to bedroom on top floor were fine for me but might be a challenge for someone less mobile. Good location."

"Excellent staff. Room were nice and clean. Family room coffee table beside the window. Able to brew coffee and Tea. Great location. Near Brighton Pier, pub near by"

"Excellent location."

"Room was really nice and comfortable, only complaint is the shower wasn't brilliant,"

"Accceas to the property was via a door code which was supplied on the day at check in time which wasn’t till 3. Whilst the room was clean and had been renovated relatively recently it hadn’t been done to a good standard and needs repainting and the bathroom redoing to bring it up to a good standard. The room had French doors which opened up onto a flat roof which couldnt be used as a balcony and the Juliet balcony guard was laid on the flat roof. View out the window was horrid and over looked....

"There was a quick ferry ride to Portsmouth. "

"Great location, exactly as the pictures showed. Host was very responsive. Place was perfect for our needs. Great place to stay in Brighton - will be back"

"A delightful stay! The guest house had a warm and inviting atmosphere, I particularly enjoyed sipping tea from the kettle while relaxing in my room,"

"Very good experience. Many thanks."
