I'd stay again.

Wonderfully clean, lovely soft bed, amazingly quiet however the most important thing of all was a superb nights sleep.

Was perfect for our overnight stay in Brighton. Clean and comfortable and was very happy our room was on the ground floor so didn't have to climb the stairs. The little patio are was lovely too.

Well rested

Really lovely stay. Everything was clean and well presented. They could do with a bit of a tidy up with the boxing in and tiles in the bathroom however it did not affect the stay. The bed was really comfy and we both slept very well. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The staff were amazing Dania, Fei straightened out any issues we had in record time, they were friendly, very efficient and sorted any problems. The staff are wonderful if I could do one just on how good the staff are I would.

Contactless check in, clean and nicely decorated (although tired if you look closely) room. Comfy bed and a good shower. Perfect for my needs as a business traveller on a budget. If you need low cost no frills accommodation in Brighton, this place is perfect.

Great room for the price. The self check in was good as you can check in anytime without waiting for someone to help you at a reception. The room was clean and bright and decorated well. The price we paid for 1 night in July was great especially for how close it is to Brighton central and the condition of the room. Would definitely stay here again

Good choice

For the price, this was an excellent choice. Location was great and the room was clean, easy to access and quiet. The only off putting points were the cleaners were still cleaning when we arrived to check in so we had to go away and come back again. The bathroom floor creaked loudly and the toilet seat was ill fitting so slipped around all over the place. However, comfortable room with tv, tea/coffee facilities, good shower and black out curtains were appreciated.

Great Place But a Few Things to Know

I would definitely stay here again given the location and relative vibe! But a couple things to consider — despite being provided with “reception” hours, we were unable to reach anyone — no one was onsite, no one answered the phone, and the answering message directed to send a text, to which no response was given. It would also be good to know ahead of time that you will have no ability to store luggage before your check-in time — so use Stasher to save yourself having to lug items around while you wait for the later check-in. The internet was also spotty, but that can of course be a one-off. Again, would still stay again, but just with the expectation to bring my bags elsewhere and not expect to reach anyone if I have questions.

Great Location

Lovely room, comfortable beds, bathroom a little tired, a few tiles off the wall. My main is due was it was so warm in the room and you were unable to open any windows! However it met our needs for the weekend, just glad it wasn’t boiling hot outside!

I stayed in the room with the Chandeliers which was terrific for its facilities. Everything great. The odd check in procedure the day before was off- putting. But I received the codes and they worked when I arrived. I helped a fellow guest who had made a reservation last minute but had not completed the ID check process so didn’t have the door codes or know which room number he was allocated. He was stood outside in the rain. I was also approached a couple of times in my 3 days there by homeless/sketchy people who seemed to frequent the immediate house next door to the hotel. Seeing the police leaving next door when I arrived initially made me feel quite unsafe the first night and the lock on my room seemed very wobbly. Would I stay again? Probably not. The buses nearby were excellent,

Room in a house with separate bathroom on a different floor. The overall stat was comfortable but it was so annoying to keep locking and unlocking to get in out and to bathroom in evening. Hairdryer and iron available. No water in room. Overall great location.

The property was perfectly placed for our overnight, and evening spent at Arcobaleno. The property was well maintained inside, and the room very clean, and had everything we needed. All positive and would recommend.
