A few cleaning/maintenance issues but the staff were more than accommodating to resolve when these were raised

Staff were amazing, very friendly, from the reception to the restaurant. Bedding and towelling smelt good. Location was good. Cleanliness was average. Food was awesome. Overall, a really lovely stay. Highly recommend

Good location

We have stayed in a king suite before and the rooms are spacious however, it is starting to show some wear and tear and could do with some updating. The rooms are very convenient to the casino, and the reason for our visit.

Nice room, good breakfast.

Clean, good access to town, comfy bed

Our room was lovely and clean and the staff were fantastic. We did have a noise complaint when we arrived around 11pm, as our daughter was rolling around in the footstools after very long flights and travel from NZ. The staff member who came to give the complaint was fairly rude and did not accept any explanation. When I tried to explain they didn't listen, insulted me and left. Every other experience was really great. The hotel was under renovation at the time and so we couldn't see outside...

Fantastic, great location, friendly staff especially Hayata and Sree, beautiful clean rooms, nice bed a shower not bath/ shower combo. Just great all around

Great staff, very clean. Great stay.

We had an excellent stay at Delta Downtown Calgary. The room was excellent and the included breakfast was sufficient. The location is very good. The only issue we had is finding information on things to do. We asked the hotel staff twice and the best response was shopping downtown. To make this worse they failed to tell us about the +15 walkways that connect the hotel to other buildings and shopping centres in the CBD. After we figured this out ourselves, our stay was quite enjoyable.

We wondered whether an airport hotel would be the right choice for us but we were actually very pleased with our stay, including even the location. It was modern, clean and quiet, and architecturally interesting. Some really pluses were the in room Nespresso machine, the 24 hour pool, even the carafe to fetch the nearby water, sparkling water or ice all on tap. We like a buffet breakfast with lots if options, and unfortunately they don’t have that, but we drove to the Hyatt Place for...

This in our view is a very nice hotel, modern, newish, clean and within walking distance to city area. Our room was quiet and comfortable with the bonus of a walk in shower. We ate a nice dinner at the roof top restaurant and watched the sunset. It was a great way to end the day. Our only sadness was that we weren't staying for a few days to enjoy and explore. Although located on a busy street, they have a well organised valet parking (extra cost) that made it easy. We would definitely stay here...

The was a minor maintenance requirement needed for the room, however a technician came very quickly to rectify it. Overall the experience was very good. The staff were very helpful. The location is very convenient for the airport with plenty of parking. Happy to recommend this to other travellers.

Easy parking, spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet. Great food at the restaurant downstairs, great for tired travellers. Very friendly and helpful staff 😁. Planning to stay again on our way through town.
