"The room was clean and prepared well - the bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were great. We stayed multiple days and room service was pleasant when asking for and exchanging towels. The front desk staff (for the most part) was approachable and knowledgeable, and the same for pool/dinning staff. I would recommend this hotel and definitely re-book if I was traveling to Calgary, again."

"Always wanted to stay here, and it was worth it! Nothing beats a Fairmont Property lobby. I guess my only disappointment would be the bathrooms - that is the teeniest shower ever! But what can you expect when the building was put together in 1914, before any of that was even considered? Thanks, Palliser. "

"Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Perfect location in downtown Calgary, easy public transit access, walkability 100% perfect. Underground parking made me feel secure that my vehicle was safe. moxies was a tasty place to grab a snack and a drink. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, and the cleaning crew went above and beyond! I would stay here again and again."
