i love the convenience of this hotel, i don't have to stress of getting up too early to catch my flight. also, the onsen facilities are wonderful. maybe the masseuse could be better... maybe a professional masseuse perhaps? otherwise very good facilities.

I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo. Everything was 5 star. The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning Staff service amazing particularly the concierge Very well priced. Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance Will always go back there

We stayed for just one night, to be close to our the terminal for an early flight so did not have breakfast. Accomodation was very clean and modern. Staff were friendly, although when we checked in there was an influx of guests and this created a bit of stress among staff during check in, but luckily the hotel offers check in on a self-service device which helped make the process more straightforward. Would stay again!

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in one of the moderate queen rooms. It was sweet and everything we needed. Also the location near the Kokuritsu-kogijo station was perfect for us. Really near Shinjuku so just awesome, we totally could have stayed longer. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our bags after we checked out. Would totally go back.

Absolutely loved my stay here, and would definitely stay again. Location is great, really clean, rooms aren't super cramped, great amenities and supplies, etc. Just an all-round amazing stay and 5/5 experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel NIWA. As a solo traveller, this is a lovely, safe area. Although I felt safe overall in all locations. After much research I chose Hotel NIWA as I love the serenity here. It’s so peaceful, away from the busyness & the crowds, however a great location, close to all with such great transportation & so many fabulous dining options close by. The food is fabulous here. The service standards are excellent. I found all staff so friendly, courteous & so helpful....

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Both times as a family of 5 staying in 1 room. We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel other than to sleep but it was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is very close to 4 stations and only a short walk to Tokyo Dome and with plenty of eating places close by.

Nice clean, well priced hotel with easy access to Tokyo Haneda and into Tokyo city by train.

My husband and I have just completed 9 days at Tokyu Stay and absolutely loved it. The hotel was small , exceptionally clean and the staff were very gracious and professional. My husband left his iPhone in the taxi on arrival at the hotel and Julie ( and some of her colleagues) worked extremely hard to track it down and did so successfully, for which we were very grateful. This was a very conveniently located, reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo that was clean, friendly and had everything you could need. The onsen/ofuro baths were lovely. My only issue is, as with many hotels in Japan, they try to force you to check in at a kiosk. I like the personal touch of a check in desk, and had to go to one anyway because of my foreign passport.
