"If you have a car the place is very easy to get. As it is higher than the town the evening have 5 degrees less and staying outside for a drink is really enjoyable.
Room spacious and bathroom have all what one needs.
Would go back "
"Careful when booking this property if you want to be local to shops and or dining. The only closest place is a Don Quijote which is walkable but other restaurants close early and may not be nearby. Trains are not accessible, only buses which are not walking distance. Hard to find taxi at night. Overall a great place if you want to disconnect in nature. Private onsen on own cabin was very nice. "We stayed here after climbing Mt Fuji and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was nice. We were bummed out that the onsen is a public onsen and we ended up not using it because I was traveling with kids who were uncomfortable with it. Otherwise gorgeous hotel perched on a hill. "
"The breakfast included was pretty handy, specially if you are climbing Fuji san and have no time to waste in the morning. It was a japanese style, so no bread. The food was delicious. The room itself was small but very tidy and clean. Good range of personal care items available close to the front desk."
"We stayed at five different hotels in Japan and this was by far everyone's favorite. How can hit beat stunning views is Mt Fuji, the most magical onsen, and all the amenities you could ask for? The hotel had a free shuttle to get around and we had a great time at the Mt and the amusement park. We wish we could have stayed longer!!!"
