"Easy to find, convenient location for exploring the blue mountains. Great facilities and easy to park The fire alarm sounded in the night due to another guest vaping in their room. The staff dealt with the evacuation calmly and professionally. Upon check out the staff where very apologetic. Bathroom extractor fans from other rooms were a little noisy."

"We had a wonderful 4 days in the Blue Mountains- The staff at the Kyah were super helpful and accommodating. Amazing soak in the hot tub and the room was clean and the bed super comfy! "

"I’ve stayed here previously (around 2016 or 2017) and they’ve done a nice refresh since then. The room we had this weekend was a family room with a double/queen and 2 single beds. Plenty of space for us. The room felt clean. Our only drama was that the wifi seemed a tad unreliable but we managed fine with what we had. Our mobile service was a bit hit and miss. A little vending machine was good for a few snacks for the kids. Location is so easy to the 3 Sisters, probably less than 5 minutes. "

"Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel."
