"Excellent hotel. The staff and service was impeccable. The room we had was huge and had a nice view. Lots of restaurants in the area and short walk to train stations and the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would 10000% stay there again. Thank you!"

"Decent location close to shinjuku station. Clean rooms. Beds are a bit firm. No fans in the bathroom for some reason. The room was also too warm and the AC didn't seem to help much. It was ok for the price."

"Living in Canada, this room is small ,compact everything. Bed was comfortable but against 2 walls. Small micro wave and electric kettle. Cutlery desk used to cook your our breakfast that could be purchased at main desk. McDonald’s was right next door. Modern design. Washer/Dryer in room. Heated toilet seat / bidet was a delight. I would recommend this hotel to a couple or single travelers. "

"Overall, the location was great and we had a pleasant experience. The room, however, left much to be desired. We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous at night. The staff was great and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the paid breakfast on-site. "

"Wonderful stay at Keio. Hotel location was great, lots of restaurants and shopping. Great hotel. I do have a complaint though, during our stay, there were a lot of athletes from all over the world. our floor housed athletes from Europe. The hallway became their lounge, the had their massage table infront of our room, some clothes were strewn on the floor. At one point, when we got off the elevator, they were all in a circle, that we had to walk around them. Then for 2 nights early morning around 2 am, people on top of us were doing some sort of loud crushing noise. Not sure if they were fighting or doing gymnastic. So glad it was toward the end of our trip. "

"The lobby of the hotel is beautiful about the room was just a regular room. There was no one outside to take our luggage when we arrived. We also needed a taxi in the morning and we're told to just stand outside until one came. We waited quite a while and none came so we walked to the train station and were late to our destination. The bartender in the lounge however was very friendly as were the check in staff. The hotel is located a bit out of the way in a very quiet area which seems to be more of a financial district. If you want to be in the action you will need to take a train."

"I had a lovely stay. The room was small but comfortable. The record player is a thoughtful and fun amenity. Definitely glad I included breakfast because the cafe is delicious. Excellent coffee! The neighbourhood is funky and also a breath of fresh air relative to central Tokyo. Easy to commute. "
