"If I come back to Tokyo, I wouldn’t mind booking a room here. It was conveniently close to the train station, had good restaurants, and beautiful little gardens nestled in this charming town. The bath house was an incredible treat to end the day after walking 20k+ steps. My only complaint is the room was too small, but I understand that may be the standard in Japan, and the elevator was painfully slow and small, fitting only a few at a time. But all in all, it was worth it."

"The breakfast was really nice (esp the eggs). The staff was courteous, helpful, and organized. The hotel has laundry in the room, and a very good bathroom. The location cannot be beat - 8 minute walk from Tokyo station. "

"Main problem is had - inability to leave a luggage over checkout time. So, we had to pick up all the luggage by 10am. Very inconvenient. Other things as described, but I wouldn't stop here again."
