From the moment you arrive at the entrance the staff are eager to help and offer that personal touch, with every member of staff you pass addressing you and wishing you a good day .. something which is lacking in a lot of hotels. The rooms are first class with them being spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean each day, with the king size bed being very comfortable.

Hotel staff were very helpful to say the least and went out of their way (especially the 3 front office staff of the morning shift) to make our stay comfortable, they warned TukTuk operators not to fleece us. For example, at first TukTuk operators demanded Rs500 for a 3km ride to the shopping area, after hotel staff intervention the cost was less than Rs50. Well done Emerald.

The Moxy Mumbai is an excellent hotel if you are needing to be close enough to Mumbai international airport and would like a really comfortable stay with clean rooms, all the facilities you need and the extra special Moxy Style consistent in other parts of the world. The breakfast was substantial and the bar area and lounge on the ground floor a good place to relax and wait for friends.
