"Hands down, best hotel I've ever stayed at worldwide. We stayed for 16 nights and didn't have a single bad experience. Everyone was so eager to help and please, pricing was totally reasonable, and the hotel was very convenient (considering Mumbai, it wasn't close to everything, but it was close to the airport, away from most noise, and an easy taxi drive everywhere!). Everyone was so friendly to the kids, no matter how rambunctious they were! We would absolutely stay here again."

"We were upgraded to the Taj Mahal Palace (connected to the Taj Mahal Tower) and it was totally over-the-top wonderful. Perfect in every way, with service oozing out at every opportunity. Wonderful room (great charging plugs, beautiful bathroom, lots of wonderful amenities, fruit and snacks delivered on the first day, fantastic food in the hotel, great bed/sheets/pillows. "

"I had a great stay. This place is very conveniently located inside the airport and was a great option for my random 13 hour halt in Mumbai. I forgot the charging case of my headphones and the hotel and specially Mr. Jagannath were extremely helpful in bringing me my case right upto my boarding gate! I’m very appreciative and thankful for the service! "

"Hotel and hotel area was clean. Staff was very friendly. Lobby gets a little crowded now and then but that's typical of a big hotel. We had buffer dinner at the hotel on day 1 which was very expensive for 2 person ($124US). I had advance purchase breakfast which was a good idea as their breakfast was great. staff was very friendly at the restaurant. I would stay here again if need be. "
