The best buffet breakfast and dinner options ranging from Indian to continental to Asian! Highly recommended - both for business and pleasure. Wanted to do a quick shout out for providing top customer service by Ayush, Shubh and Sannidhi Poojary. On kind request they also upgraded us to executive pool view rooms. Will visit again for sure. " I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your restaurant manager, Vishal. As a VIP Expedia Platinum Member staying for 7 days at your hotel, I had an unpleasant experience that significantly affected my stay. Mr. Vishal was abusive in his tone, not just toward me but also his own staff. His lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. Since the incident, I avoided breakfast for most of my stay. This morning, I gave it another chance but found him seated on his phone, not welcoming guests, nor asking for room numbers—a clear disregard for guest service. "The Moxy Mumbai is an excellent hotel if you are needing to be close enough to Mumbai international airport and would like a really comfortable stay with clean rooms, all the facilities you need and the extra special Moxy Style consistent in other parts of the world. The breakfast was substantial and the bar area and lounge on the ground floor a good place to relax and wait for friends. "
