One of the best hotels I have stayed in my lifetime. I travel a lot all over the world and stay at many hotels, but I have never experienced such hospitality. Noting but class. From picking us up from the airport to serving breakfast in the morning, trident BKC is amazing. Everything was clean & Neat. All the covid 19 guidelines were followed. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic. I highly recommend their filter coffee and poori (Indian bread) bhaji (Potatoes curry). Scrumptious. We stayed in club room, which was excellent, we had complementary snacks & drinks during happy hour at the cafe. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you have any work at BKC and especially at US consulate. Staff courteous 10/10 Room Cleanliness 10/10. It would have been nice if the pool and spa were open. But I can understand due to COVID-19.

Hello readers I like to share what went with me when I book my hotel I book my reservations from USA through Expedia for five days but for some reason I have to change my dates but the hotel reservations department is very rough and didn’t help so that’s why I have to book my other hotel so my advice is book this hotel straight thx
