Rooms although on the small side were fine for 2 ppl. The bathroom fan is super noisy and irritating. They’re a nice bunch and all the staff were super friendly and would try to make your stay as nice as possible. I’d stay here again if in Mumbai as the hotel is no frills but has everything you need. Location is great as well.

This is a good cheap no frills option located near Juhu Beach. Rooms are small and basic but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Walking distance to a number of dining options and Juhu Beach. Would recommend.

very good location, close to good restaurent, we enjoyed staying except hot water for shower in the early morning due to the heater turned off 2am to 6am we had an early morning flight and it was hard to shower with cold water. their staff manage to turn on the heater as soon as we complain. Overall it's a good place to stay

Clean but noisy

Clean and tidy, but my single room was very noisy day and night so that sleep was an issue. Good breakfast and pleasant staff. Located well by popular Juhu beach.

Clean, Convenient, mind staff

I have stayed a number of times, mainly for the relatively short distance to the airport but also the nice Juhu Beach. The rooms are well fitted out, although the lighting is complicated! The only issue was that my room was on the main road and a little noisey from the traffic. Other rooms are better. The staff are very welcoming and the food very good indeed.

Excellent Juhu Location - great service overall. Breakfast & F&B service levels needs serious upgrade. Rooms can be terribly small. Clean property.

Good for short stay

The hotel is located in busy area. Very clean and good food but complementary breakfast very limited range rather poor. The hotel has no pool or any other where a person can relax no garden or openspace.

Pleasant Hotel in good neighbourhood

The hotel is part of a chain of hotel so do be precise when telling the tax driver. You might end up at the wrong Bawa Hotel. The hotel is good and in a very relaxed neighourhood. The beach is 5 min walk away. The room itself was not very spacious, but it did for me for a night.

I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff once again.

The hotel is located near the Juhu Beach, at a distance of around 5 km from the airport and around 28 km from Gate of India in Mumbai. The hotel has 24-hour front desk and a nice lobby area. The staff is polite and helpful. The free WiFi connection is very good. The room is quite small. The bed is comfortable. There is no view from the room window. The are tea maker and complimentary bottled water in the room. There is no ventilation system in the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room works very well.

This Hotel is ok, breakfast very simple, rooms are very small, I had to call front desk 3 times to fix my TV, no good view from the room, shower had bathtub My husband has leg injuries so he was having shower problems, requested to change room but did not get to much help from the staff.I would not stay here again.

The start off was pretty good, they had sent a driver to pick me up at the airport since I arrived at 3am. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was a bit smaller than what I expected but it was very clean. They provided 2 bottles of water every day. For some reason the refrigerator was not cooling anything and my water stayed lukewarm. I bought bottle of wine and it refused to reach a chilled temp. They did provide disposable tooth brush and tooth paste daily. And the rooms were made up very nicely every day. Breakfast was included in the stay. The variety was not much but they had my favorite idli with chutney so I was happy and of course the chai was really good. There were a few good places to eat right down the street and also JW Marriot was across the street so I went and hung out at the bar there. Juhu beach was walkable from there and getting an uber to go places was super easy. Checkout was very quick and easy as well. If you are looking for a budget stay in Juhu, this place the way to go. I paid about $330 for 4 nights.

Good, but could so better as the TV unsuited was not working well as it was a very old one with the remote signals not working efficiently, was brought to the attention of staff, however not much was done to rectify the issue
