"Good afternoon. This is my review. First of all, you need to train some of your staff to speak English. You can’t run a hotel and expect everyone to speak Spanish only. You have guests from different countries who speak various languages. English is one of them. Second, you need to check the remotes to ensure they have batteries. You can’t put a non-working remote in an unexpected TV to turn it on by itself. Lastly, the food is great, but you must learn how to cook scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs can’t be on the line for two hours and dried out. They must be constantly turned and have liquid inside."
