Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.

Exceeded every expectation! Beautiful property, kind, polite staff and impeccably clean. My room was comfortable, every need was met and the food was just perfect. Location was wonderful and staying as a guest here so close to Christmas was also very special with the decorations and temporary ice rink. I cannot wait to return to the FS Ciudad Mexico again soon. Public space is nice, along the lines of what you would expect at Four Seasons. Similar experience at check in/out. The rooms I found to be 3/4 star. Bathroom felt almost cheap. Furniture needs upgrading - cabinet drawers didn’t work properly, desk had wobbly legs. Unremarkable overall.
