Very large and comfortable room excellent air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, especially if it’s your first trip and you want to be equidistant to the rest of Mexico City. The gym is complete and fully functional. Two roof decks with sun and shade. Decent size fridge and microwave. Excellent experience all around.

The room was clean with separated bedroom and living area. It has a microwave and a small size refrigerator. Their cleaning staff came to clean the room every day, and the front desk staff are very helpful. The hotel is not a big and busy hotel, though the streets surround it were noisy during the nights over the weekends, we felt save and quite inside otherwise, in particular, we liked their relatively quite breakfast times due to the size of the hotel.

Very good hotel in Mexico City. Attentive and polite staff, very large room with a great bed, clean bathroom with a good shower, excellent location. The breakfast is very good with various healthy food options. The air conditioning system worked very well in my room and the internet worked without any problems.

I’ve been to this hotel many times and I’ve had a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are always clean, and the beds and furniture in general are comfortable. Also, there are many gastronomic options around, clubs and places to chill and relax. The only suggestion to the hotel would be an upgrade in the conference room, but that is not urgently needed.

Great location and the room was nice, but the area can be very loud late into the night. Maid service needs improvement as our room was not cleaned well during our stay. Rooftop only has some dusty chaises but from the pictures I thought there was a bar (my bad). Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but they serve some of the worst coffee in the city. Luckily there is a coffee shop right next door.

The area is very walkable. Bars, food, tourist things to do in the area. Easy to walk past the entrance as there is minimal signage. Good size suite and was generally clean. One day the staff just hung up our used towels instead of giving us new ones. A/C, WiFi bathroom, tv, etc all worked well. Would return here if visiting Mexico City in the future.
