I had an issue with the safe and hair dryer and they resolved it quickly and professionally. I felt really cared for! It was safe, large, comfortable (those beds were incredible) - everything we needed to enjoy our time in Mexico City. "

"Wonderful property in a a great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were available 24/7 at the front desk, which helped us to feel safe and the ladies working answered any questions we had. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed (utensils, glassware, cookware, etc). Would definitely stay again!"

"We loved it! It felt like a home away from home. It was close to many places including the metro, bosque de Chapultepec and easy for Uber to pick up and drop off. The unit was unique as it had 2 separate balconies and felt very exclusive and private from the other units. All in all we would recommend this unit anytime of the year."
