Customer service was amazing. Check in was a breeze. A/C was amazing. 2 elevators but didn’t wait long for either. Centrally located, restaurants bars everywhere. Room was cleaned daily. Water was hot. Water pressure was good.

The hotel is old, and although the floors have been renovated, the bathroom leaks. There is no refrigerator or air conditioning. The surrounding neighborhood is convenient for transportation and shopping. Suitable for a short one-night stay, but not recommended overall.

The faucets in the bathroom were terribly leaking and sub par. Old air-conditioning system - smelly. Only one elevator was functioning and we always had to wait 15+ minutes due to overcrowding in the elevator.

Good: Swimming pool, sauna, gym, room, hot water, ice machine in hallway, friendly staff, parking and clean room. Improvements: Water boiler or a coffee maker in a room would be great. I wish there would be more barbells and weight bar in gym

I like the position and surroundings. The staff was well prepared and helpful. My room was a bit noisy, perhaps window glasses are not the latest should be updated. However, this did not disturb sleep at all (and is somewhat unavoidable near Glorieta Insurgentes)

Overpriced w lousy service

Lousy place. They charge for water. No coffee maker and it took over 15min just to get a coffee. No wash cloth or iron in room either. Staff was unhelpful
