I will never stay there again dirty. cold front desk had no idea how to treat guest.plumbing was awful you couldn’t shut the water. Tv every time you wanted to use it someone would have to come it’s a great location. They were working on other units it was construction site for guest

Customer service was amazing. Check in was a breeze. A/C was amazing. 2 elevators but didn’t wait long for either. Centrally located, restaurants bars everywhere. Room was cleaned daily. Water was hot. Water pressure was good.

HONGJING

The hotel is old, and although the floors have been renovated, the bathroom leaks. There is no refrigerator or air conditioning. The surrounding neighborhood is convenient for transportation and shopping. Suitable for a short one-night stay, but not recommended overall.

Walkable neighborhoods

The area around the hotel is walkable day and night. Close to zona rosa bars and nightclubs. Hotel is in good condition. Carpets might need cleaning or to be replaced. Other than that all was good.

I like the position and surroundings. The staff was well prepared and helpful. My room was a bit noisy, perhaps window glasses are not the latest should be updated. However, this did not disturb sleep at all (and is somewhat unavoidable near Glorieta Insurgentes)
