Central and good hotel

Party did an amazing job at cleaning. The room is ok, not super big breakfast but was ok. Reheated Wales was not the best. The rest is very good

I had a great experience. Staff, particularly the receptionists were great and helpful. Extending the stay by a day was also easy. Good eating options nearby. My favorite Starbucks was at a walking distance. Rooms are great and was to my liking. All in all, a well maintained property.

The property was well-kept and the staff was friendly. Front desk service is available 24/7, which was convenient. The location is excellent, being within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the city center. Breakfast cost 190 pesos, and I found it to be worth the price.

It is equivalent of a 3-star hotel in the USA, but it was safe, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was convenient and tasty. The location was great for walkability.

The staff were friendly and ver pleasant. The breakfast is a good price and very delicious. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. There was no view from my room, all I could see were pipes and the building next to us, but I’m not sure about the others. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back.

The hotel staff were generally friendly (before I check out), and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. However, my experience on the second and last day was disappointing. My laptop in the room has a crack on the display after I returned from my day trip. Also after checking out, I returned later to pick up my luggage before heading to the airport. At that time, I asked to use the washroom but was told I couldn’t. The unfriendly communication on the last day left a negative impression and lowered my overall experience.

King bed and sauna in Mexico city...

This hotel is well kept and maintained. They recently did a renovation to a lot of the hallways and rooms. When I stay here I always get one of the rooms with a king bed and a sauna. Can't beat having your own private sauna when you feel like getting up and sweating it out in the middle of the night. Great for after a night of drinking also LOL the hotel is centrally located, a reasonable walking distance either to the Zocalo or the angel of independence. Right off Avenida reforma. Well worth the money.
