The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the air-conditioning rooms, were great. The facilities , room. and Hotel could use some upgrades. I had a king bed.The breakfast was decent. It was continental. You could only get one washcloth, which I thought it was pretty crazy.

I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the service and room conditions experienced during my recent visit. The conduct of the staff was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. In addition, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that significantly affected the comfort and quality of my experience. I promptly brought this matter to the attention of the staff; however, no meaningful action was taken to investigate or resolve the issue. I find it unacceptable that a guest’s legitimate concerns regarding room conditions and overall comfort would be disregarded. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the staff fell well below the standard of customer service I would reasonably expect from an establishment of this nature. This experience was deeply disappointing and has left me with a very negative impression of the establishment’s service standards and its approach to customer satisfaction. I respectfully request that management review this matter, address the concerns regarding staff conduct and room conditions, and implement the necessary corrective measures to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. I believe every guest deserves to be treated with professionalism, respect, and consideration, and I hope this complaint receives the attention it warrants.

The service at Exe Cities was excellent with a special mention to Yunuen at the front desk and Paty, the cleaning lady on the second floor. This is what makes this hotel truly 4 stars because otherwise it could be closer to a 3 star-establishment as it has no gym and only a small restaurant just for breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable. And the area where the hotel is located, is very nice. Walk around, you’ll enjoy it. Plenty of bars, cafes and street tacos stands around.

The property was well-kept and the staff was friendly. Front desk service is available 24/7, which was convenient. The location is excellent, being within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the city center. Breakfast cost 190 pesos, and I found it to be worth the price.

I had a great experience. Staff, particularly the receptionists were great and helpful. Extending the stay by a day was also easy. Good eating options nearby. My favorite Starbucks was at a walking distance. Rooms are great and was to my liking. All in all, a well maintained property.

The staff were friendly and ver pleasant. The breakfast is a good price and very delicious. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. There was no view from my room, all I could see were pipes and the building next to us, but I’m not sure about the others. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back.

The hotel staff were generally friendly (before I check out), and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. However, my experience on the second and last day was disappointing. My laptop in the room has a crack on the display after I returned from my day trip. Also after checking out, I returned later to pick up my luggage before heading to the airport. At that time, I asked to use the washroom but was told I couldn’t. The unfriendly communication on the last day left a negative impression and lowered my overall experience.

Staff was kind and helpful. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Obvious wear and tear on the property — they could stand to paint the rooms and purchase new linens. Overall a decent place to stay and a great value for the location. I would stay again.
