"Hotel is in a great neighborhood. Very clean and super nice staff. Loved the buffet breakfast every morning. Would absolutely recommend to others and stay there again myself!"

"This property is in a very good place to explore Madrid. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and shower pressure is excellent. If your room is at the front of the B and B it is quite noisy at night. There a is a roof terrace were you can smoke which is a very good idea because i would feel vulnerable standing outside at night in the street. Also on the 5th floor there is free coffee, water and juice. "

"This hotel was very nice and well appointed. It was in a central location that is walkable to locations like the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Clean room but 310 is small and poorly designed with a large pillar in one area which takes up 10% of the room. "

"We stayed at room 2222, it needs a wooden door in the bathroom because the glass door offers zero privacy. It also has one glass wall in the shower. The room was small and hot even when the heat was off and the window only opens a few inches. The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. The hotel offers buffet service for breakfast, lots of options. The area where the hotel is located is walkable, it has a subway station very close and there are a lot of restaurants in the area."
