"Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff."

"Great location. Great room. Turn right out of the hotel to walk Madrid for food and drink and neighborhood vibes. Turn left for sights palace and cathedral. "
"Great hotel and staff! The rooms are a bit small. All the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was with the toilet. It broke 3 times during our 6 day stay. When called in, a maintenance person came quickly to repair. The roof top bar has an incredible view of the sunsets - would definitely stay there again. "
"I spent three wonderful nights! The staff are all extremely kind, extremely helpful. Check in was easy and the room was gorgeous. The hotel is stunning - everywhere you look there is something pretty to look at. Food fantastic, location perfect for seeing Madrid….would definitely return and recommend this fab hotel to anyone visiting the city 😊"
