"There were issues but most were fixed. The view was beautiful and those folks that helped us were friendly.They did run a fire alarm and one of our girls w Ran down 33 flights of stairs"

"The room was very clean and had a good view of the falls. The staff was helpful and prompt anytime we needed anything at all. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but did use the Starbucks in the lobby often. The bar looked nice and clean, but we did not use it. This hotel is a great walking distance to everything and we loved the location. Would definitely recommend!"
