"The place was spacious and clean inside but the outside and top balcony was completely dirty. Lawns weren’t mowed and it was untidy. The top balcony was dirty and not nice to go on. There was no bbq which it would be nice if there was one. The rooms and inside was clean and plenty of room. The neighbour hood was a little dodgy. "The place was a great size. Comfortable beds. Handy location to our family and shops. Would have rates 5 stars if the place was clean, however the cleanliness really let it down. The floors were disgustingly dirty. They need a good scrub. The sheets need replacing as there's stains and holes in some sheets. The cutlery was grotty. No dishwasher which is fine so long as there is clean dishes to start with. When your 5yo complains of dirty feet and hour after having a bath on the first night...
