"Downgraded my room despite paying for a better one, no refunds or accommodation of the situation. Was there for 6 days and they cleaned the room twice."

"All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. While the property interior is dated and is real need of updating, it is clean and everything worked as expected. For those that like to walk to Monserrat Ave and Kapahulu Ave for good at reasonable prices, The Twin Fin location is 10/10. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. Our room was wonderful and roomy, however I was disappointed and surprised that there was no hair dyer or microwave in the room."
