Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. "The property met our needs except there were no tv stations. I guess you have to know how to do streaming and apps which we do not do. We were there to visit our son and daughter in law who live outside Jamestown and it was a great location, about a 15 minute drive to their house. We had a great time."

"The property is cozy with 2 bedrooms and lots of light filled areas to hang out. The property is very recently renovated and everything is clean and new. The setting sun gives a great show every night over the lake. The location is easy driving to downtown Jamestown which has some nice coffee (Crown Roasters) and restaurants."

"Me, my husband and a friend were in town for a reunion and we chose this home as a base. Everything in this home was very organized. there is a coffee bar in the kitchen, lots of ziplock bags and things in the cabinets. I can tell that the host puts a lot of thought into providing a good experience for guests. The pillow in the main bedroom was a little hard for me. "We really enjoyed Four Seasons Lodge! The location for skiing, was excellent! The bunk in the basement for our 5 grandchildren ages 4 - 10 was ideal, and loads of fun for these "cousins" to all be together. Wonderfully appointed kitchen! The two family rooms makes spreading out indoor activities quite easy. Plenty of beds, towels, blankets, etc. Very welcoming! Can't say enough good about the host! Our communications were timely and most helpful! Thank you Rick!"

"The house was absolutely perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. We were in Erie for the PMEA All State music festival and it was so nice to have a home base for the weekend. The house was absolutely immaculate, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Janelle was so quick to respond to messages and made terrific suggestions for places to eat in the area. If we are ever in Erie again, we would love to return to the Blue House!"

Cold weather prevented full enjoyment of the outside deck, but enclosed porch and well-thought out interior still made this an excellent choice without being weather-dependent.
