Welcome to our cozy 4-bedroom vacation home in the charming town of Mayville! Nestled just a 10-minute drive from the renowned Chautauqua Institution and a 22-minute drive from the stunning shores of Lake Erie, this property offers the perfect base for your getaway.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room, or step outside and enjoy the breathtaking lake views from the property. Wonderful stay on the lake

Cute lake house

We stayed here after Christmas with family and it was the perfect lake front property for our group. We are hoping to get back to it during the summer so we can enjoy the lake I grew up at with my kids.

Annual Fishing Trip

We have been coming here for the last 4 years. Place is perfect for our needs. Room for two bass boats at the dock. Plenty of parking for trucks and boat trailers. We will be back!

Another Great Stay

There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!

Return to Chautauqua Lake

Nice to revisit Chautauqua Lake in this cozy cottage. Great time catching up with friends and family in beautiful lakefront setting. Took advantage of amenities like dock, firepit, large deck, propane grill, corn hole, hammock, etc. Fun for all ages, and our dog liked it too!

Awesome get away

Great place for kids & pets as you have a very nice yard, dock to fish off of or just to sit & relax! Fire pit with chairs & even a hammock!! Plus a grill that was very clean! Cottage is set up with everything you will need ! Lots of small towns to visit & plenty of places to eat out if you want. Only complaint, we didn’t plan to stay longer. Hope to return soon !!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us !!

Beautiful View and perfect for making memories

My family of six, including my 4 teen boys as well as my friend and her daughter had a wonderful time here. The cabin has a beautiful view and a nice sized deck and backyard for all kinds of activities. The house was clean and well stocked. The house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably but cozy enough that so much time was spent together. Teenagers have a habit of disappearing on their phones. Instead the days were spent floating and kayaking in the lake or playing yard games. Evenings we gathered around the fire pit and made smores and told ghost stories or sat around the table playing board games. We had a great stay and made some wonderful memories! 10/10 would stay again!

It was close to the institute which I found fascinating as you go there to become enlightened. And the Chautauqua golf course interestingly was the runway for Amelia Erhardt as she was speaking at the institute! My kids enjoyed it. I must come back with my friends next time. Thank u so much

Fabulous cottage for both adults and children. It is clean and stocked well with everything you need. Plenty of fans for the hotter days and lots of space to play outside in the yard or in the water. There is a little roadside fruit stand/market near to restock on local produce, eggs, and more. Anything you could want to do is either a short drive or boat ride. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.
