"The best place to stay after a long flight. Just a minute walk from the Kansai airport arrivals to laying in a comfortable bed. Super quiet, never heard a plane even though we could see a runway from our window. And there’s a Lawsons convenience store in the hotel! Highly recommend staying here. Don’t spend another 2 hours traveling into Osaka or Kyoto after a long flight. Just stay here and refresh for the night before getting on with your adventures. "

"Location: The hotel is very convenient because it is right next to the Rinku Town Train Station, close to the Premium Outlet, and just one station away from the airport. They also have a shuttle bus that can take you to the airport; you just need to schedule it at the front desk. Hotel: The staff is nice and helpful with all your inquiries. The bedrooms are good and look quite new. However, the room we got had a carpet that seemed to need shampooing because it had many stains. The bathroom was clean but had an odor in the toilet. Even when we first entered, there was already a urine smell. We sprayed a cleaner, but the pee smell still lingered. Overall, the experience was worth it due to the convenience and the nice location."

"The room was as expected. The Onsen, however, was surprisingly great, especially after a long flight. The breakfast included was great as well. There is a short 10min walk from the train station that wasn’t clearly marked and google maps wasn’t cooperating, but we got there. There isn’t anybody at reception but there are 2 friendly dinosaurs that my 9 yo loved conversing with. We would stay again because of the inclusion of the Onsen alone. "
