"The trip was great but i am disapointed by the parking. When u booked it says parking available , when i arrived the hotel doesn't have the parking so i had to find parking. It should nit advirtised as parking available . "
"So happy I found this property. Staff was amazing (especially Andreas), room was convenient. We had the triple room, it is smaller but ideal for what we needed. The showers are very tiny but worked nicely. Loved having a window that opens to let the breeze in. We had a mini fridge, safe & hairdryer in our room. Free coffee/hot chocolate & snacks for purchase in the lobby. Excellent hot/cold breakfast provided each morning. Steps away from Paddington Station, many shops, restaurants and pubs. Walkable to many areas, Hyde Park and Little Venice were a few of our favourites. Front staff very helpful in planning daily itinerary. Highly recommend. "
"We had a wonderful stay at the Cumberland 8/25/25. It was recommended by a friend. Great location, walkable to great food and shopping. Across the street from the hop on hop off big red bus stop. Staff was amazing and special thanks to Meski at the concierge desk. The bed and room was excellent. Kudos Cumberland we loved our stay and your staff is very accommodating and friendly. "
"Great location for Heathrow. Excellent staff, only challenge for me as an older person was 5 flights of stairs but the wonderful staff carried my case up & down. I’ll be back & request a lower floor next stay."
